Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use VocabuBaby:

• Account Information – When you create an account via Firebase Authentication, we collect your email address only.
• Usage and Analytics Data – Firebase Analytics collects device information, usage patterns, and country-level location data. This information is collected anonymously and cannot be used to identify individual users.
• Crash and Performance Data – We collect crash reports and performance metrics to help us identify and fix technical issues. No personally identifiable information (PII) is included in this data.

Information We Do NOT Collect

VocabuBaby does not collect:

• Personal information from children
• Photos or images
• Precise location data
• Payment information
• Content viewed or created within the app

How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used to:

• Maintain and manage your account

Your data is stored and processed using Firebase Authentication and Firebase Analytics, both services provided by Google. VocabuBaby uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication – Used to manage user accounts securely.
• Firebase Analytics – Used to collect anonymous usage data to improve the app.

Children's Privacy

VocabuBaby is designed for use by parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The app requires a parent or caregiver to create an account in order to use VocabuBaby. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access – Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Delete – Request deletion of your account and associated data.
